1. Request your refund by email within 31 Days and be sure your email includes
   • Date you purchased Module I
   • Your Name as it was entered to make your purchase
   • The mailing address where you wish the check to be mailed
2. We will verify that you qualify for the Money Back Guarantee and advise you by email within 48 hours
3. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for your check to arrive by mail

Option 4 - Module I Purchase

1. Request your refund by email within 31 Days and be sure your email includes
   • Date you purchased Module I
   • Your Name as it was entered to make your purchase
   • The mailing address where you wish the check to be mailed
2. To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee we must receive the binder with all Module I pages within 3 weeks of your refund request
